Bring a blanket, pillow and allow yourself to be immersed in the pure vibration of the harmonically tempered Gem Crystal Singing Bowls. The first 15 minutes of the Crystal Bowl Journey will begin with Francine Jansen doing Guided Imagery.

Barbara Perry, Sound Therapist, has been playing Crystal Bowls for 7 years. Barbara plays for Hospice Wellness Center in SLO, Hearst Cancer Center, and the Wellness Community in Paso Robles.

Francine Jansen, LCSW, is a psychotherapist practicing in San Luis Obispo since 1992. Francine strives to help others find balance, growth, and joy in their lives through self-awareness.
